Deadline for Poster and Demo Submissions Extended to 1 October

September 11, 2025
Scientists and innovators now have more time to share their work in posters or demos at the AI in Science Summit 2025 (AIS25), as organisers extended the submission deadline for the Poster and Demonstration Track to 1 October 2025.

This extension opens the door for more participants to present how AI is reshaping scientific discovery across a wide range of disciplines – from the natural and life sciences to the social sciences and humanities. Submissions showcasing early-stage research, interactive demonstrations, or visionary concepts, are highly encouraged!

Topics of interest include:

·      Artificial intelligence and machine learning

·      Scientific applications and interdisciplinary experiments

·      Generative AI and lab automation

·      Reproducibility and more

Submissions should take the form of short position papers (maximum 4 pages, excluding references) and must use the official AIS2025 LaTeX template.

Due to limited presentation slots, early submission is encouraged. All entries will be reviewed on a rolling basis.

The AI in Science Summit 2025 is organised by the Danish EU Presidency, in collaboration with the European Commission and the University of Copenhagen. The summit will be held in Copenhagen on 3–4 November 2025.

AIS25aims to bring together scientists, industry leaders, investors, and policymakers to explore the transformative impact of AI on scientific research. The summit will also examine how Europe can lead this transformation through a distinctive and responsible approach to AI.

Participants can submit their work through EasyChair.
