About AIS25
AI in Science Summit 2025 is the inaugural flagship event launching the Resource for AI in Science in Europe (RAISE) initiative of the European Commission.

The summit is held under the auspices of the Danish EU Presidency together with the European Commission and the University of Copenhagen. The summit will take place in Copenhagen, Denmark, on 3-4 November 2025.

AIS25 will convene scientists, industry leaders, investors, and policymakers to explore the transformative impact of artificial intelligence on scientific discovery – and how Europe can drive this transformation with a distinctive and responsible approach.

In a nutshell

Bookended by high-level political plenary sessions, the two-day event features parallel thematic workshop tracks, each curated by a leading researcher in the field. These explore the impact of AI on the respective scientific discipline (day 1) and how to mobilise investment and policy to realise this potential (day 2). The event culminates in a pledging session, where industry and investors commit to supporting AI in science through funding, partnerships, and collaborations.
